Talking Hospitals

I live in shah alam.. the closest hospital is klang.. some goes to sg buloh but it's quite a distance away.. I'm not so familiar with route to serdang but it is not so close too. PPUM is semi gov.. but still i have to cross the all time busy federal highway to reach there.

I have my first baby at PPUM.. actually I'm afraid if I go to private they won't wait for me to be ready for normal delivery coz first delivery usually take longer hours. I'm afraid they will suggest c-sect when they didn't want to wait.. :( Gov n semi gov hospital are not so money oriented and they usually goes for normal delivery as per procedure unless there's no options such emergency.

My experience is both ok and not ok.. but I want different environment for my 2nd delivery. I didn't want to go far for check up like PPUM required.. I want a woman doctor with all women in labour room if possible. I want my hubby to hold me during delivery.. and stay the night taking care of me. And I want it normal...

I survey some places near shah alam.. the famous umra is said as a cheap option for private hospital. I didn't feel like going there.. and it is not so close to my house n my mom's. Razif hospital is famous too.. and there's good reviews too. Well i do heard of cases that I didnt like .. minor though.. it is close to klang hospital so not so much to worry bout in emergency case. The fees are affordable ... some of my friends have their baby there and love the place...

I ask friends on which place friendly  to normal delivery birth plans.. I got good reviews about salam and the doctor. And a bonus of all and everything I need in this 2nd delivery.. ;)) so I go for it. I choose to deliver there with the package price RM1999.00. You can check this out at the website. I know the cost is higher than razif or umra.. but I think it worth it to me coz I get what I want.. ;)) I won't hesitate to come there again for next delivery.. when I pass the trauma of giving birth ; D

My baby got jaundice though ; ( this time I thought of going to razif.. blood test for jaundice cost RM30.00.. and they encourage us to leave baby under their care if the baby need to be warded.. so baby got most from the treatment.  We can choose to stay in hospital for breastfeeding and pay room fees but they prefer pumping if we can so we won't keep the baby long. It cost RM500+ for 2 nights baby under the foto treatment. I think it's an affordable cost. Even if we decide not to take a room.. the visiting hours is long unlike in gov hospital and we can ask the baby for breastfeeding when we come. People normally didn't know about jaundice treatment fees in private hospital.. here I think it has reasonable cost. ;))

Ok.. that's some thoughts that I have bout hospital around here.. I don't want to discuss demc and kpj coz it needs higher budgets ; D I'm just ordinary ; D I like the fact demc has woman doctor for skin specialist.. and it cost RM200++ each time I go there include the medicine.. ump..so i made some conclusion.

I hope shah alam hospital will be a great helps. . I hope they got fpp scheme like putrajaya.. ; D it always convenient to choose doctor.. btwn, the clerk at registration department told me they receive birth report from people giving birth at salam frequently  ;)) bet lots of others thinks like I do ; ))

It's happening on 8th dec 2013

Alhamdulillah.. I finally gave birth to a beautiful son on 8th dec at 3.55 am...  ump.. so early in the morning.. I had the pain since after zohor.. but already had a sign early in the morning.

I actually has to go check up that day.. so before dr siti said anything about give birth Today... I text my office friends on whatsup bout all the instruction regarding office works.. I really thought I'll have another week. Lucky the log already prepared..

Dr siti told me it's 3 cm.. and ask me if I want her to help me and have the baby now since I feel no pain at all that time.. I was so not ready as I thought that I want to go enjoy the day with hubby..she ask me if I actually plan for it naturally.. I said yes.. and she said ok.. and come again when pains come..

I had my favorite nasi minang ;)) and.. go to curve to purchase hubby's new macbook.. ; p and at times the contraction comes and go but not a really hard one. So I mostly sit down..I had my san francisco coffee choc drink.. eat mcd prosperity.. before I told hubby I start to feel the contraction is a bit hard to handle and it happens every 10 minutes.

We decide to go back to salam med centre after maghrib.. to my surprise.. it is still 3cm.. so the midwife in charge ask us whether to stay in ward or go home. I really didn't know what to expect so we just go home..

But the pain comes hard.. and I no longer can stand it at 1 am.. so we decide to go stay in ward...they put me in labour room with peptidin gas and injection coz I really cant stand the pain.. but the contraction comes every 3 minutes so the drug still didnt erase all the pain.

So I just wait there for my body to really ready for birth.. and at 3 something.. the midwife call hubby to come in.. and call the doctor from home.. she arrives just at the exact time I'm ready..;))

Well, Alhamdulillah. I think I make a great choice to have my 2nd baby here... easier to reach even though got road block on the way..; D.. family can visit anytime.. hubby is with me when I'm giving birth.. it's like having baby at home.. ;) we even chat with doctor n midwife that time.. it's a relax birthing process.

Going home.. I didn't really feel the pain.. it's like I have the energy.. ;) thanks to the doctor and midwife for the birth environment...;))

A vacation to sabah

To me... sabah is really an amazing place to visit. Lucky that I'm still at my 2nd trimester that time.. well, the ticket was book like a year b4.

It's really a great trip to beautiful kundasang, manukan island and enjoying the kk... well, I still think we suppose to have more days to really enjoy everything. We stay there for 3 nights but still not enough... ; D

We certainly will go there again later.... phew.. and plan better..;))

P/s: better board a MAS flight n choose wisely where to have food...a 2 hours plus cheap flight can leave back ache..I had terrible stomach ache on the last day.. I should really make the restaurant list before going there..

Low yat today..

I'm having a cup of tea... ;)) I'm actually waiting for my hubby n my lil brother making my lil brother PC.. n he's upgrading the PS3.. need to wait at least till 5 plus.. ump..

The tea do make me feel good.. I had flu since morning.. sakit tekak since yesterday..  But I'm not bringing lil khayra today.. so it's kind of ok.. lil khayra staying with opah ;)) I hope she's ok and have fun.

It's not really as according to plan.. thought that today will be a stay at home day...need to pack my hospital bag.. tomorrow I'm in 34weeks.. it's late already. N all the baby stuff since I'm going to pantang at my mom's. N the house tidying... I cannot do it at one go.. ; (( I'm feeling heavy in this pregnancy.. my feet ache so much..

So.. hubby thought that if he needs to make the pc... it's better now coz he'll be busy with AGM soon.. and we actually take a day off tomorrow.. so holidaying till tuesday.Today seems like a perfect day.. so here I am sipping my tea n waiting... at least more sitting down ; D

At last.. a home spa

I've call one or 2 spa and ask if I can have a massage even though I'm pregnant.. but most of them didn't want to take the risk.. so I call auntie jun and ask her if she can come to my place.. and she said yes... yay.. a 2 hour massage at home.. lovely! - 9 jun..

Lil khayra story..

She usually had good time wherever she goes..;) just now.. having good time at my mom.. yesterday is so funny. She had her injection.. the last one for 18 months.. she didn't even cry at all.. after that she play n play till later in afternoon, she start feeling.. I don't know.. she said 'sakit' all the time.. tak boleh usik that part ( injection kt peha) she didn't want to walk at all when we put her on her feet.. funny she just stand in front of the door and not moving.. n just stay laying down watching tv.. :D so cian die.. then I decide to tuam dia ckit and she at first didn't like it but later just smile ;)

Oh.. sleepyhead

Last time when I'm pregnant.. I didn't drive on my own.. my dad n my brother drive me coz we heading to the same direction..this time, I have to drive on my own.. I do wish I have lots of other energy so I can have time to do what I like after 10 when khayra go to sleep... these day.. it's me who fall asleep at that time. Ump.....

A samsung grand

It's crazy to decide to buy smartphone in a day... hubby has been wanted me to buy HP for a long time coz he's in tech as he's in IT dep. so I'm going to be left out... he said :p Samsung already has like all range smartphone... from cheap to really costly..

I told him I never bought phone in my life... I use whatever my parents gave me. Even though an old one...so this will be my first time and I don't think I want to spend so much.. browse and browse.. in like 2 hours.. then we decide to buy a Samsung grand... I find this shop sell it for rm1049 but I add rm40 coz I want white... actually it did exceed my 1k budget but consider it something I'm satisfied with ;) it's OK LA... ;)

Yay, now I can snap my princess and easily blog things... ;p

Me Time at De Wajah Spa

De wajah becomes the third spa i've been to ;) actually this week is kind of a bit hectic.. I really need some relaxing me time...  ;) I actually want to go to villamay for hair spa.. but my meeting doesn't end on time so I have to cancel ;( I call few spa nearby but all full so I decide to try de wajah spa... call2 available..it is previously dewi sri spa I think at alam sentral but dah tukar owner.

Sbelum ni tak penah pon masuk sini.. sbb tgk from outside cam takut je nak masuk. :p but it is actually quite ok.. price dia just like other spa in shah alam.. dia tak list online cam other spa... you have to go there and check promotion apa. Staff dia very nice.

Sbenarnya this time just buat facial... de promo rm99 treatment.. my mom selalu suka produk De wajah ni.. my skin pon just normal so just ok je la nak try. Experience kt sini really nice.. deco ala2 traditional Bali kot.. music pon really nice n selesa.. rasenya bleh dtg cuci rambut next time ;D siap tanye if dia boleh urut orang pregnant... ;D nnt la kot kalo baby dh besar bleh try.. just a slow massage je. Bertanggas pon Ade kt cni so bole try lepas bersalin..

Anyway... a good experience...;) beshnya if boleh berspa selalu..

Posting and not posting...

I do love this blog... tp of course here got lots of wedding things.. honestly, I'm not so much into wedding these days... :( i didn't want to answer inapropriate addressed questions on this topic.. n of course, those trends mostly no longer 'trendy' these days..there's some khayra's early story ;) so I cannot let things just fly away... and my motherhood sharing.. just some honest sharing.. but I think I want a simple one with everyday things... stories that I want to share..

So alternately, I will post lil things here and enjoying shortnote here.. it's faster to write in tumblr when using androit.. n acceptable in short notes.. ;))

They will be new blogs of everyday randomness.. I will post here when I want too.. if I feel it's good to be here.. maybe when it is more on long thoughts of something.. I know it seems like against blogging rules... having several blogs. Abandone  the one that people read :D But sometimes you just feel like you have outgrow things..

Can I Have A little spa

I read that pregnant women shouldn't go to spa before 3 months.. I'm approaching 12weeks in a few days ;) it has been quite sometimes since the last time I manage to go manja - manjakan diri  :D

Some spa do offer prenatal massage... see if I can manage to get to try that.. at least, I want to go to some little spa like facial and hair cream bath ;)

It has been quite some bad weeks my early pregnancy... my office was on fire... my department was not totally hangus so we've been relocating with years of documents to move...we have to tumpang other people's office ;( and works pile up.. :D

I need a break even though not to Colmar ;p

Hair Tying Battle

I haven't yet have a little girl in my life before I have my princess.. so tying hair is simply for barbie doll ;p now I have this little girl that I need to battle with just to tie some hair... I'm lucky if I have at least manage to put on 1 tie.. here when I manage to put on some...

And still she runs here and there... and play with the band

Now it's all over the floor... ;p

I try to put on ribbon when we want to go out to tesco.. but we end up losing it because she usually take it off with the band too... and it happens when I'm busy searching for stuff ;(

I hope she'll love it soon... ;D

Latest Online Obsession.. Spa

Spa.... I love spa.. it's all begin with my frustration to my eczema treatment. The steroid cream doesn't work that much :( I really want to try minyak kelapa dara (vco) as an alternative treatment and remember tanamera has a postnatal set with vco as one of the item.. browse on tanamera and find out about the set and thinking of trying it for this round of postnatal treatment... (I know I'm not yet 3 months ;p)

OK... I discover that tanamera got spa but somewhere in subang Jaya. There is this one alammi spa at Concorde shah alam that interest me ;) it is previously tanamera..I'm not so much into spa until I got married.. the first spa I've been to is serenity spa seksyen 13, shah alam.. ;) I do had a good time there.. it has good environment too.. balinese.. relaxing music.. that one is before I got married.. for cantik2 as bride to be ;p then I fall in love and pledge to have spa at least once a year :D

Second, I've been to andamai spa seksyen 13 last year when they got rm120 for 3 things .. i choose to have massage, mask and sauna. it's good and good price..but I prefer traditional sauna with bertanggas or bertanggas like just like at serenity spa. This one sauna is just body heating in a hot room.. the service is good ;)

I really think mothers should go spa or at least berurut.. our body just different after giving birth.. we rush to work everyday and have tiny tots to take care of when we return home... we even have to run after them (I didn't remember how many time I run after my Toddler even though at 2 months pregnancy);p

There are several other spa at shah Alam that I want to try like embunseri and cendana. I like a good environment spa but yup.. I didn't think I want to spend lots... common 4 step spa package around 200++ to 300+(but it's good if we can get good price below 200 when they have promotion... I like the 4 steps.. sauna, massage, scrub and milk or herbal bath.

I also discover 2 interesting Muslimah salon that I want to try... Siti salon and iris salon.. my friends love one salon in sek 9.. cheap.. good service but I couldn't stand the environment... to me salon is for relaxing... I prefer something with good environment.

Early Pregnancy..

I was actually scared after I got birth to khayra. I didn't know how long I'll take to finally forget that and ready to get pregnant again. Well it takes sometimes. When khayra finally sleep through the night, I think things was not so bad and all of us can be ready for a new baby. Yes I did feel afraid of how to take care of both of them but I hope khayra will be happy with a new sibling, a new friend.

Like most women say, different pregnancy is different. I remember myself had trouble to eat but still can go out shopping last time. My nausea just came when I smell things I didn't like. This time I prefer to stay home. I had less trouble choosing food but I face indigestion problem.. my head tends to get dizzy and I can't stand up in long hours. It's different but challenging coz I need to still manage my princess and give her all the attention that she needs. And I didn't live at my mom's.

Wish me luck then..

A little mother's day to me

I really want some steak so we headed to D One Steak at section 7.. it's my 1st time and guess what.. it's quite good.. I had a mix combo of meat and lamb with bonus,  a prawn on top ;)

Hubby had some chicken chop ;) Yummy to khayra too.. and we had lots of fun having dinner together on 12 may ;)

It's me and my daughter... ;)

Good Morning Sunday

I thought of trying new apps yesterday on my little tab from my luvly husband... he said it is a mother s day gift ;) and maybe coz I'm pregnant again.. it's 2 months now.. I hope khayra will be so happy with the new baby.. due in December.  She is happy with the tab too. Lately playing lots of color... n lil coloring book.. Happy mothers day to all..!
